Next Fusion: Wednesday, August 20 from 8-10:15 p.m.

Our Next Fusion is the Annual Grove Youth Pool party where everyone from Jr. & Sr. High are invited (along with any friends). We've rented out Riversdale Pool for a late night swim and campfire. Here's the details:
Meet at Riversdale Pool at 8:00 p.m.
Bring $5 to pay for the rental, and your swim stuff (plus some warm clothes for afterwards if its a chilly night).
Get picked up at Riversdale at 10:15 p.m.

Last Fusion: Forestry Farm Fun

We headed to the forestry farm last Fusion for some fun times at the zoo, playing frisbee, football, or bocce, roasting marshmallows and just hanging out on the lawn by the pond. There was some slight confusion when we were supposed to meet the Sr. High there and couldn't find them, but then all was okay once Carson looked by the pond. Our walk there and back was rather uneventful for most of us, except for two people that got stung by a wasp! Luckily no one was allergic. :)

Sue forgot the camera (again!), so there are no pictures of the night. But anyone that wants to recreate any of the pictures that I've used for this post, will get a prize if they send them to me (use the jrhighquiz email address below)!

Grade 8's - Sr. or Jr. High this summer?

Alot of you may be wondering..."I'm in gr. 8...do I go to Sr High or Jr High this summer?". GOOD QUESTION! Well, since you are in the gap...you can kinda just go to both!! You are more than welcome to join Jr High for their events until the end of August...but are also invited to join Sr High for their activities. The great thing is that the Sr. High & Jr. High events are overlapping this summer - both will be on Wednesdays, and we're doing similar things. So you can choose which group to hang out with - but will definitely still see all your friends from Jr. High there too!
