Do you love tubing, games in the snow, and hot tubbing outside? Then you will have SO MUCH FUN at the Redberry Winter Retreat.

This year our youth group will be joining other youth groups at Redberry to enjoy a weekend of Jr. High fun, worship, and community.

The cost for the weekend is $80! That includes all registration and transportation. We’ll be meeting at the church at 5:30 on Friday, March 9th and home again at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 11th. Registration deadline is Tuesday, March 6th. Please drop registration and payment off at Jr. High on Friday nights, in the mailbox outside of Pastor Chandra’s office on Sunday mornings (remember, her office is in the Children’s ministry office!), or have it dropped off at the Forest Grove Community Church office.

If there is any student who would love to come on this retreat but may not be able to because of financial restrictions, please talk to your small group leader or Pastor Chandra (221.8733/chandra@forestgrovecc.com) today! We don’t want anyone to miss out on this opportunity.

HINDIA – Our World Vision Child

2011
04.05

We live in a society that has everything we could want or need at our fingertips. Some kids aren’t so lucky.

For years FGCC Jr. High has been supporting Hindia, a girl from Ethiopia, as our world vision child. From the change that you guys give every week, we are able to provide her with food, medicine, books and pencils, and the ability to go to school. All it takes is a bit of pocket change.

This Friday instead of grabbing a pop after youth or a slurpee on the way…give up what you could have so Hindia can have a few of the bare necessities of life.

Look for the container marked HINDIA on the welcome table when you walk in. All pocket change is welcome.
