Sr. High Ministries: For families and youth, grades 9-12

Our mission is to lead Grade 9-12 students toward choosing to receive and proclaim God’s love and holiness.

Wired In - Tuesday Nights 7:30-10:00 p.m.

A night where youth learn about God, through a fun social atmosphere of games, singing, a Bible based talk, small groups, and a free snack. Our primary purpose is  to help youth make godly choices.

LIFEtime – Sunday Morning 10:00-11:00am.

Grade 9-12 students have 2 options:

1)  Outlet - a time for Bible Study, Discussion, and fellowship in the youth room. Our focus this year will be 1 John. Each week we use the SOAP method (Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer).

2) Serving at Kidstuf –Youth are invited to serve in an area of their giftedness, or passion. There are lots of areas to get involved and help the kids in our church learn about God. Come talk to Pastor Kevin or Pastor Marilyn if you want to help out.

We teach the youth seven basic truths:

Genuine Faith - God can be trusted

Spiritual Priorities - God wants to be first in my life

Basic Confidence - God knows who I am even when I doubt myself

Wise Choices - I have the ability to make the wise choice

Moral Boundaries  - True freedom can only be experienced within God’s boundaries

Healthy Friendships - My relationships can determine my direction in life

Unselfish Love  - God desires me to put others before myself
